Valet Trash/Recycling
Valet collection days are Monday through Friday. Trash & recycling must be placed outside before 8 am on these days. Trash cannot be put out on Saturday or Sunday.

Pay Rent and Maintenance Requests
To pay rent or submit a maintenance request, use our RENT Cafe Resident Portal.

You've Got Mail
Residents in buildings ‘K’ through ‘Y’:
Must go to the Boothwyn Post Office to pick up your mailbox key.
Residents in buildings ‘A’ through ‘J’:
Will have mail delivered to their front doors.

Cable/Internet/Phone
Cable, internet and phone service can be provided by Comcast or Verizon.

Water, Electric, and Gas
Water is billed by Meetinghouse through RealPage Utilities, and can be paid with your rent on your resident account (online, through the app, or in the Leasing Office).
Electric and gas services are provided directly to you by PECO.
If you haven’t already done so, please provide the Leasing office proof that you have applied for PECO service in your name.
