Management Update – Amber Lyerly
Please join us in welcoming Amber Lyerly to the Meetinghouse Management Team. Amber will be coming in as the new Residential Business Manager.
Amber joins Meetinghouse with a wealth of knowledge and almost a decade of experience managing residential communities. We are planning a meet-and-greet party for all of our residents to come out and socialize with Amber. Stay tuned for details!
The Pool is opening May 27th!
Please stop in the office to pick up your pool passes for the season.
Rent Reminder
The rent is due on the 1st of every month. If the office is closed, please leave your check or money order (with you name and unit number on it) in the slot in the front door. Alternatively, you can set up online rent payment through your bank. Call the Leasing Office to ask how!
Power Washing & Grass Cutting
This spring, all buildings will be power washed. Also, please keep in mind it is that time of the year again, and the landscapers will be out cutting grass in the community. All personal belongings must be placed on your patios. Please understand that landscapers are not responsible for any damage to personal property left out in the common areas. Thank you for your help!
